Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026
This policy covers the website memoriesintouch.com, operated by Yearbooker, Inc. (“we”, “us”). Memories In Touch® is a business-to-business service for photo book companies. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
What we collect
Demo requests. When you send the “Request a private demo” form, we receive the name, company, email address and message you enter, plus your IP address and browser type, which we use to stop spam and abuse.
Analytics, only if you accept cookies. If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga on your browser. If you click “Reject non-essential” or make no choice, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set.
Videos, only if you accept cookies. The videos on our home page are hosted by Vimeo. They load only after you accept cookies; Vimeo may then set its own cookies under Vimeo’s privacy policy.
Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so no other company sees your visit unless you accept cookies.
How we use it
We use demo requests only to reply to you and to discuss our services with you. We use analytics only to improve this website. We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it except with the service providers below.
Service providers
- GoDaddy hosts this website and keeps a backup copy of each demo request on its server, outside the public website.
- Google stores demo requests in a private Google Sheet, emails them to our team, and, with your consent, provides Google Analytics.
- Vimeo plays our videos, with your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and to continue a business conversation with you, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Google Analytics data is kept under the retention setting of our Google Analytics account.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our home page; choosing “Reject non-essential” after accepting deletes the Google Analytics cookies on this site. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies. Because nothing that tracks you loads without your consent, we do not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. Demo requests are stored outside the public website and in a Google account protected by sign-in, and only our team can read them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
